Unique features of this build-out include a floating shelf bulkhead surrounding the perimeter of the core, cloud ceilings in the conference rooms, and a custom floating wood ceiling with routed letters that feature the client’s branding.
This project required coordination with multiple tenant vendors, including data cabling / low voltage, security, systems furniture, and AV vendors.
